And maybe, the chattery mind quiets and finds peace. There is no right or wrong way and no steps to follow. No experience is needed.

What to expect?: This is a movement practice. A conscious dance. It's basically like free-style dancing with a focus on presence and awareness. I'll play a wide range of music and give some general guidance as we go. We'll move for about an hour and then have some time to connect with new and old friends!
