I guide you through a type of freestyle dance to a mix of eclectic music. A safe(er) space is created for each person to step into their most fascinating and authentic self. This is for every BODY. Age and varying abilities are simply different ways to move.

We can take it to a more upbeat and party vibe! Or we can create a more ceremonial and spiritual experience. Whether we go festive or ritualistic, a deep, collective connection is felt.
